Qi Gong

As one of the five arms of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Qi Gong is a set of exercises that promotes:

  • full breath
  • relaxation
  • strength and flexibility of muscles
  • strength of tendons and ligaments
  • good posture
  • increased circulation

Practice is typically performed in a standing posture. The breath is coordinated with a series of slow arm, body, and leg movements. 


Dress comfortably in clothes that you can stretch in.

Water flows around obsticles and finds its own level. So too can you learn to build health through gradual improvements in the use of Qi Gong techniques.
